    -Monthly Payment Required for Reserved Scheduling (Group Training)

    2. Scheduling and Commitment:

    -Ideal for Those with Reserved Weekly Time

    -Sessions Scheduled for a Locked-In Weekly Schedule

    -Twice a Week Minimum Commitment

    3. Monthly Rate Policies:

    -Rescheduling Based on Trainer's Availability

    -Trainer Absence Results in Provided Credit

    -Advanced Notice (48 hours+) for Extended Absence = Credit

    -Absences or Cancellations Not Meeting Criteria Won't Be Credited

    -No Payment for Unattended Sessions

Owner and Operator

JASON WOLFE

Jason graduated from Georgia Southern in 2011 with a Master's in Exercise Science.  Jason interned at Southern's Strength and Conditioning facility during his two years in the graduate program and opened Fit Statesboro upon graduating.  Jason has experience in training himself and others in Olympic Lifting (USAW LEvel 1 Certified coach), Powerlifting, Crosstraining and Athletic Development.

JAMES CROCKETT

James crockett is an ace certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. He joined fit in 2020 and has since worked with an array of clientele. he has extensive experience training the general population and athletes of varying ages, sports and levels. his specialities include bodyweight strength and conditioning, powerlifting, flexibility and nutrition education.

ABBIE BLACKMON

Abbie is certified through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America.  A gymnast from an early age and playing a range of sports before serving as the Captain of the Georgia Southern Cheerleading squad during her time at GSU.  She holds her Bachelor's in Public Relations from Southern.  Since graduating in 2003 she has taught group fitness classes, cheer coaching, and personal training.  Abbie is the mother of two not only believes in the body transforming qualities of exercise but also the stress relieving.

KRYSOPHER THOMPSON

Krys holds his Master's Degree in Exercise Science from Georgia Southern University and Strength and Conditioning Certification from the NSCA.  He has been personal training since 2014 in one-on-one and group settings.  Additionally, he assisted with the GSU Football Strength and Conditioning during his time at Southern.  He is knowledgeable in a variety of training practices including Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Basic Gymnastics, Mobility, and Movement.

KEAGAN KIELY

Keagan graduated from Georgia Southern in 2016 with his Master's Degree in Exercise Science and holds certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Sports Nutritionist.  He currently works at Georgia Southern as the Fitness Program Director and trains part-time at Fit Statesboro.  Keagan has a background in competing in bodybuilding and Crossfit.

LAURA BRANNEN

Laura received her BS in Chemistry from Georgia Southern in 2010, after also competing for the Eagles Cross Country team from 2006-10.  After College Laura pursued her love for fitness by becoming a certified Crossfit Coach and even qualifying for Regionals in 2014 and 2015.  Also holding a Weightlifting Certification, Laura has many years of experience working with people of all skill types and ages, in both group and individual settings.

BRAD SAVAGE

Brad has been a personal trainer and sports performance coach exclusively for 3 years. He has experience from coaching team and individual sports to physical therapy where he worked as an PT aide at EGRMC. A graduate of Georgia Southern, Brad holds a personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. His one on one training consists of building a solid foundation of the core concepts of exercise that can be implemented in everyday life. In addition to his training, his athlete’s focus on strength and conditioning with proper biomechanics of movement for the demands of the individual sport.

HEATHER GONZALES

Heather Gonzales is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach that does personal training at FIT STATESBORO. She enjoys training and competing in Strongman in her free time. In addition to Heather being a mom of two, a breast cancer survivor , she has been teaching Art for Bulloch County Schools for over 10 years.

JELISSA ABREU

Jelissa graduated in 2020 from Georgia Southern with a bachelor’s in Exercise Science. She is an ISSA-certified trainer as well as a PN-certified nutrition coach. Not only does she have many years of experience in strength training but also over a year of experience working as a tech in a physical therapy setting. Jelissa believes exercise is medicine and is passionate about helping others live an overall healthier lifestyle. Her ultimate goal is to help people of all age groups become the best version of themselves through exercise and nutrition.

PENN KNISPEL

Penn is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer. He has experience in Powerlifting, Hypertrophy Training, Athletic Training, and Pain Management. He is very knowledgeable in Biomechanics, Mobility, Pain Management, and Strength Training. He enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals to live a happier and healthier life.

RICK SPURGEON

Rick is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, graduating from Georgia Southern with his Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2014.  Rick has worked in a variety of fitness settings including a gymnastics gym, Crossfit Box and a corporate fitness facility, providing a range experience working with athletes to those with special needs.  He has worked at Fit Statesboro since 2016.

Makenna Kulzer

Makenna graduated from Georgia Southern in 2023 with a Bachelors in Exercise science and is currently pursuing a masters in kinesiology. She will be teaching exercise physiology and fitness evaluation and prescription labs during her masters program. Makenna is certified through the national academy of sports medicine(NASM). Through competing with Georgia Southern’s powerlifting club, eagle Power, Makenna is a perfect match for any clients looking to improve their strength, health, and fitness.

Christian Vescio

Slade Thompson(& Creed)

Slade Thompson is currently pursuing an exercise science degree at Georgia Southern University. Slade is a NASM-certified personal trainer and is knowledgeable in a wide range of health-related topics. slade has a background in crossfit and is proficient in olympic weightlifting, hypertrophy training, cardiovascular training, flexibility, and more! Slade believes that through exercise, people can cultivate a better version of themselves, and he is determined to help as many people as possible in that aspect.
